FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES OUTLINED BELOW COULD RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF MEMBERSHIP AND/OR ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY

2025 Reminders

  • Pool members must arrive through the bathrooms and check in with the pool monitor immediately 

  • Please do not come to the pool if you are feeling ill

  • If you or a member of your household has been exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please follow the most recent COVID-19 guidelines to ensure you are not exposing other members

  • No storage of toys, floaties, or furniture at the pool

Prohibited

  • Glass containers/glass of any kind

  • Running, horse playing, roughhousing, fighting

  • Diving, flipping, and back jumps off the sides of the pool

  • Touching/hanging/playing on the accessible chairs

  • Touching/hanging on the basketball rims and nets

  • Large, multi-person flotation toys 

  • Any pool float with glitter

  • Food in the pool 

  • Chewing gum

  • Tobacco products, smoking/vaping of any kind

  • Pets of any kind

  • Chalk

General Rules

  • There is no lifeguard on duty - Swimming is at your own risk

  • Must be a Kilkenny Farms single-family homeowner to join

  • Children who are 14 years and older are allowed at the pool without additional supervision.

  • Children 13 and under must be supervised by an adult (18+) if a pool monitor is not present

  • Children 13 and under can be supervised by an older sibling (16+) or babysitter (16+) if a pool monitor is present

  • Members are responsible for keeping the pool and deck clean

  • Be courteous of your neighbors who live around the pool. Keep noise level down, especially in the evening.

  • Insubordination may result in the loss of privileges

  • Pool Monitors and Board Members have the final say if problems arise, and have the right to revoke your privileges.

  • Swim diapers are required for those who are not toilet trained

  • Those who are sick or with known communicable skin diseases should not use the pool.

Guests and Guest Passes

Members/guests MUST always sign in at the Monitor Station

  • Members are responsible for ensuring guests follow the pool rules

  • You may bring up to 6 guests at a time

  • Guest Pass Punch Cards can be purchased as needed from the Pool Monitors:

    • 10 punches cost $25

      • Cards MUST be left at Monitor Station

      • Unused punches expire at the end of each pool season

You will get a Guest Pass Card when you sign-up for the Season!!

Severe Weather and Safety

  • The presence of thunder or lightning, even in the distance, REQUIRES everyone to exit the pool and the pools to close.

  • The pool and shower areas will remain closed until 30 minutes after the last evidence of lightning is present.

  • The Pool Monitor may ask that a pool be evacuated for any safety reason.

Everyone MUST comply if this type of request is made.
