Book a Party
Everything you need to know to host the party of the season!
Party Details
Current pool members can bring up to 6 guests to the pool at a time using purchased guest passes
Any member planning to bring more than 6 guests is required to set up a pool party. Anyone who enters the pool gate and is not a member of the pool is considered a guest (regardless of if they are planning to get in the water or not)
You do not need to use guest passes for your guests if you have paid for a party.
Party hosts are responsible for cleaning up the area after the party (clean up is not the responsibility of the pool monitor)
Scheduling Details
To plan your event, please schedule below
Parties must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance, and can be cancelled 72 hours in advance for a refund.
Parties are scheduled in 2 hour blocks; Parties include up to 25 guests and reservation of the shelter area
All events will be posted on the pool calendar
Pricing Details
Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) parties cost $150 per 2 hour timeslot
Weekday (Monday through Thursday) parties cost $100 per 2 hour timeslot
If the pool is closed due to weather at any time during your scheduled party, you will receive a refund.
Your party is not confirmed until payment is received. Payments are due 2 weeks prior to your event. If your payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel you party request to allow others to book this date/time. Checks can be dropped off with the pool monitor or at 2409 Gaelic Street.
